1) Estimable Mister President and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mister Vladimir Putin, we the members of G.H.REES Prytaneum certify and applause completely and without any hesitation the content of the Telegram which was delivered to you two days before the present Telegram by the G.H.REES Readership Magnesia Greece, with subject the payoff with agricultural products from Greece for the Russian Armored Personnel Carriers “BMP-3M” and “BMP-3F”.

As has already being promulgated to you by the G.H.REES Readership Magnesia, with the circuitry of action delay tactics which uses the treasonous Greek Government of “PA.SO.K.”, under the incitation and orders by “NATO”, NAMELY: the deliberate devious platitudes about co-production of the “BMP-3”, same platitudes of Specifications Requests, same platitudes of the Cost Ceiling, etc, AND WITH the objective time-consuming obstacles of Construction and Operational exploitation of the “BMP-3” by the Greek Army, NAMELY: Duration of multiple time for Construction, Training of the Greek Crews, Commanding – Mechanical and Operational incorporation to the Greek Army, and Coordination Drills with the rest weapons of the Greek Army (Battle Tanks, Mechanized Infantry, Artillery, Mechanics, etc), the Russian “BMP-3” will not be available for the defense of Greece against the assault of the “B.A.S.T.R.” axis (Bulgaria – Albania – Skopje – Turkey – Romania) against Greece in Autumn 2010.

3) Furthermore, was proved by the first unenthusiastic reception – treasonous response of the “Greek” Prime Minister, when he heard your proposal for “Clearing” between Russia – Greece through the exchange of the “BMP-3” with agricultural products, that your above mentioned proposal will artfully be rejected, through devious time consuming procedures and consecutive endless meetings of the Greek treasonous executive power, which will coordinate the Anti-Hellenic and Anti-Russian “NATO”.
Indeed, when the “Greek” Prime Minister, heard your above mentioned proposal, he originally replied that: “We are open to any Russian Proposal and we will think about it” (!!!), as if the abject Greece will do a …favour to the Superpower Russia in case that will accept your proposal, while on the contrary Russia is doing a favour to Greece, by coinstantaneously boosting the deviously subverted Greek Defense, and the deviously destructed Greek Agriculture, from the treasonous Greek Governments.

4) Of course and the Prime Minister of Greece is “Open”, but not in the brain, as he implies in his above mentioned statement. Due to his personal eccentricity he is continuously open in another part – organ of his body, which will not specify here due to respect to your Personality as a State Leader.
But this biological eccentricity of him, of the bisexuality, has as a result his bilingualism and the unreliable schizoid treasonous behavior of him to the intergovernmental relationships of Greece with other Countries, and of course with Russia.

5) Therefore, deviously destroyed from “NATO” and from the treasonous philo-NATO Governments of “New Democracy” and of “PA.SO.K.”, and without Armored Personnel Carriers or “APC”s (Neither Russian “BMP-1” which …gave away to the armies of Iraq – Afghanistan, nor German “Marder”, neither American “Bradley”, nor Russian “BMP-3” which deviously will not be operational on time in the Greek Army), and therefore with lethally exposed the main Greek Battle Tanks “Leopard” etc, for which have not yet being bought munitions of 120mm (!!!), the Greek Army, as has being planned by the Anti-Hellenic “NATO”, will be devastated by the armies of “B.A.S.T.R.” in order to entrap and to genocide Russia, as we have already promulgated to you in 17 February 2010 to your Embassy in Athens, the scheme of the Chinese Hyperlodge “HONG”. Therefore the only Geostrategic solution for Russia, is the swift capture of Romania – Bulgaria – and Greece by the Russian Army, the there destruction of the “NATO” bases, and the there overthrow and hanging of the three treasonous philo-NATO Governments and Politicians.

6) Because the Greek Freedom-oriented idiosyncrasy will not tolerate Foreign Armed Forces as Regulators, not even the friends Russians, the Russian Army afterwards must withdraw from the Greek territories, but having previously fully re-arm Greece with weapons material of Fourth Generation and with Army which its structure will be determined by us of G.H.REES (500 autonomous independent between them companies of full mechanized infantry, namely infantry which will include all the sub-weapons: Mechanics, Communications etc), and will have created structures of autonomous Internal Greek Policy as a state – member of the “C.I.S. pact – COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES”, and semi-autonomous Foreign Policy coordinated with the Russian Foreign Policy.

7) ATTENTION: The subject of the Agricultural Products will not must be in the interest of Russia only as a possible – volunteer “Clearing”, but as a “Clearing” absolutely mandatory for the diet – survival of the Russian citizens for the next 21 years, planned by the Chinese Hyperlodge (Overlodge) “HONG” as 21 years of planetary hunger, and as a partial cause of the genocide of 5 billion people of non pure yellow race China – Korea, namely “888 – 777”.
The rest causes of the genocide of the 5 billion people, according to the “HONG”’s scheme, will be:
War, Illnesses, Lack of Water, and Lack of Fuels.

1 ● Adequacy of Food in Russia for 21 Years.

3 ● Adequacy of Drugs and Medical Products in Russia for 21 Years.
4 ● Adequacy of Drinking Water in Russia for 21 Years.

9) Russia have adequacy of armament, fuels, and water. Russia does not have adequacy of: Food and drugs for 21 years.
Therefore, must urgently be exploited for semination of breadstuffs (wheat – barley – oats – rye etc) the territories of Ukraine and Kazakhstan or other former Soviet granaries.
At the same time, must urgently be exploited for production of fruits and especially of citrus fruits, the territories of Southern Countries such as Romania – Bulgaria – Greece.
At the same time, must urgently be exploited the territories of India for ecological production of vegetables and other agricultural products destined for Russia.
All the above mentioned products must be manipulated with direct Industrial dehydration, decontamination with ultraviolet radiation, and must be stored in underground warehouses inside vacuum-packed containers.
Same tactics must be forced for the dehydration and vacuum-packed conservation of Animal Products for 21 Years.
The above demand the leading of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture with a new department of “Food Storage of Urgent Need”.

SUBJECT: BLACKMAILS OF TURKEY AGAINST RUSSIA, THROUGH LIMITATIONS OF PASSAGE THROUGH THE MARINE STRAITS FROM BLACK SEA TO THE AEGEAN OPEN SEA AND VICE-VERSA, WITH PRETEXTS THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

1) Estimable Mister President and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mister Vladimir Putin, we have been informed about the recent blackmails of Turkey against Russia through limitation of the ships passage (and Russian ships) from the marine straits between Black Sea and Aegean, for … “Environmental Reasons”.

2) We urge you to issue an ultra-urgent expostulation to the Security Council of the “United Nations”, to the General Full Members Assembly of the “United Nations”, and to “NATO”, with prompt note that:
“According to the International Law, the above mentioned marine straits are not Turkish territorial waters, but are International waters “DE FACTO” because of the mandatory floatage of ships of Non Turkish Flag from those marine straits, for the conduct of International Trade, and for the Free Harmless Passage of foreign Combat Fleets such as the Russian Fleet.”
Therefore, limiting terms of floatage inside the above mentioned marine straits, are capable to establish only the International Organizations such as the “United Nations” and the International Courts such as the International Court of Hague Netherlands.
Any other arbitrary unilateral Turkish term of floatage limitation inside the straits, is actually a Commercial Blockade against other nations from the side of Turkey, and is actually a Turkish coup d’etat against the International Law and against the right for free floatage and functioning of the International Trade in International Waters, and finally is actually a “CASUS BELLI” for foreign affected Countries against Turkey. A word for a wise man is enough.

3) ATTENTION: As we already have noted and notified to you, Turkey under Chinese and “NATO” commands is provoking the beginning of the Balkan War, as a part of the Third World War, in two separate phases:
In the first phase under the incitation of “NATO” and of China, Turkey has planned the military assault of the “B.A.S.T.R.” axis against Greece for the capture – occupation and genocide of Northern – Central – Western – Insular Greece, namely of the whole Greece except Eastern-Southern Mainland Greece and Peloponnese.
In the second phase, Turkey again under the incitation of “NATO” and of China, is about to close entirely the marine straits between the Black and Mediterranean seas, and to subvert all the inside and outside of Turkey passing Russian Oil and Natural Gas pipelines, thus entrapping the Russian Fleet inside the Black Sea, and destroying Russia economically.

4) Turkey while knows the Chinese origin of the scheme, ignores that this is a Chinese scheme of the special Hyperlodge “HONG” in order to force Russia to engage militarily with “NATO” in Eastern (Turkish) Thrace, in order for Russia to reestablish the functioning of the Oil and Natural Gas pipelines, and finally in order, under the collusion agreement of “NATO”, Russia will accept to deliver the command of Eastern Thrace, of the Marine Straits, and of Constantinople to the Greek Authority, IN ORDER to establish in Constantinople the Government of the New Greek “Empire 666 – Epsilon” of “LA.O.S.” (People’s Orthodox Alert – ultra right wing Greek political party) with the participation of the fallen successor prince Paul Glücksburg and of the nominated from Greek Masons Emperor of Constantinople Palaiologos Dragazis, IN ORDER to transfer from Brussels to Constantinople the command of “NATO” and of the “European Union”, IN ORDER for the Greek “Empire 666 of Epsilon” to take the lead in the military assault of “NATO – SEATO - US.E.J. (USA – Europe – Japan) – and of T.I.M. (Tibet – India – Mongolia) axles” against the “Shanghai Pact”, in order for the counterattacking “R.I.C.” or “Shanghai Pact”, to genocide the member states of “NATO”, IN ORDER for the Sino-Mongolian axis “C.J.T.H.S.M.” (China – Japan – Tibet – Hebrews – Saxons – Mongols) to genocide the White people of Russia, and in order for the pure Sinic Yellow Race axis “C.K.” China – Korea to genocide the Hebrews and the rest Mongols of Russia.

5) Therefore, you must with absolutely no way and for absolutely no reason to send Russian Army inside Eastern Turkish Thrace or in the territories of the Asiatic Turkey close to Constantinople or inside the territories of the rest Turkey, in order to avoid materialize the lethal sequence of events against Russia, described in the previous paragraph “Number 4” according to the scheme of the Chinese Hyperlodge “HONG”, and in order to avoid materialize the entrapment of the Russian Combat Fleet with the sinking of commercial ships in the Marine Straits from Turkey and from “NATO” (as we have already warn you before the forcing of the Turkish floatage limitations terms in the Marine Straits), therefore must all together the Russian Naval Station and the Russian Fleet of Sevastopol Ukraine to be transferred right now in Thessaloniki of Greece under the same rental price and under the same economical reduction in the Oil prices that you gave to Ukraine.
At the same time, the Russian Army must invade right now to Romania – Bulgaria – Greece, for the destruction of the “NATO” Bases and for the Geographical and Defensive Unification of Russia – Ukraine – Moldavia – Romania – Bulgaria – Greece under the Defensive “C.I.S. pact - COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES”.
By having opened the above mentioned Geostrategic Corridor, ignore for the time being the Marine Straits and the blackmails of Turkey, until … newer procedures for the complete break-up of Turkey.

6) Mister President in case that you will not open right now the above mentioned Geostrategic Philo-Russian Corridor over the ground territories inside the Balkans, then Russia will not be saved neither by the open Marine Straits from and towards the Black Sea, nor by the Ukraine Sevastopol Port. In case that “NATO” along with Turkey close the Marine Straits by sinking in there 5 commercial ships, then Russia will lost the Third World War and will be annihilated completely by the Chinese and by the Northern Korean Armies which will overwhelm the Mediterranean, by invading from the East with arrival to the coasts of Lebanon and Syria.

7) Mister President of the Russian Federation, in order to help you in the creation of the above mentioned Geostrategic Philo-Russian Axis – Corridor from Russia to Greece inside the Balkans, we wish to have your word of honor that with the actions of the Russian Military, you will mandatorily expel from Greece all the foreign liegemen, with exceptions the men of the Russian Combat Fleet and 5.000 Russian civilians, and to allow the permanent stay in Greece for only 208.000 foreign liegemen, namely of 1.000 liegemen for every one of the 208 Countries of the Planet.

The above mentioned unbreakable Term – Oath will be signed between Greece and Russia as a “1000 years holly sworn agreement”.
